Moving In or Out

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET A UNIT TODAY?

  • Payment--the $25 administrative fee and your first month's (prorated) rent

  • A signed month-to-month rental agreement

  • A valid ID or driver's license

  • A working phone number and a current mailing address

 

HOW DO I MOVE OUT?

There are several things you need to do to terminate your month-to-month rental agreement and ensure that you do not incur additional rent or clean-up charges:

  1. Provide us written notice seven days prior to the end of the month that you will not need your unit after the end of the month. You can just drop in a note with your payment or email us at jen@lostcreekstorage.com.

  2. Evacuate the unit on or before the last day of the month.

  3. Remove all items, trash and/or debris from the premises, and sweep the unit.

  4. Remove the lock from the unit. The lock is yours to keep.

  5. Call us at 405-533-1745 or email us at jen@lostcreekstorage.com to let us know when you are finished with the unit.  

If there is any trash left in the unit or any damage to the unit, you will be billed for those expenses. If a lock remains on a unit, we will consider it occupied, and you will be responsible for continued rent.
