If you are a current tenant, please be aware that we have a new software system that will allow you to manage your account online. If you have not received your login information, please call us at 405-533-1745 or email jen@lostcreekstorage.com.
When you log in to your account, please take a minute to change your password and to update the information we have on file, including any mailing or email address changes or also changes regarding who can access your account.
You may also set up a reoccurring payment if you wish or edit how you will be notified for billing reminders. At this time, we will no longer send out paper statements in the mail, but we will continue to accept checks and money orders from existing tenants. We will not accept money orders from tenants who begin after June 1, 2023. Cash is not accepted.
